 Community Guidelines & Integrity Policy

Our Heart

                      Grace Bible Ministry is a Christ-centered community devoted to helping individuals grow in their personal relationship

with God through prayer, teaching, and fellowship. We are committed to cultivating an environment rooted in love, unity, accountability, and spiritual growth.

Our Commitment to Unity

We believe unity is essential to spiritual health and effective ministry. All who participate in Grace Bible Ministry are expected to:

  • Walk in love, humility, and respect

  • Promote peace and unity within the community

  • Support the mission and vision of the ministry

 Leadership & Order

To maintain biblical order and accountability:

  • All ministry activities, groups, and initiatives operate under spiritual leadership and oversight

  • Participation reflects a willingness to engage in alignment, cooperation, and accountability

  • The ministry’s name, platforms, and resources must be used with permission and integrity

 Use of Ministry Resources

Grace Bible Ministry is entrusted with people, relationships, and resources that must be stewarded with care.

  • Ministry resources—including staff, volunteers, leadership, communication platforms, and community relationships—may not be used, in whole or in part, to support, develop, or promote separate ministries or independent endeavors without prior approval from leadership

  • Participants may not utilize any portion of the ministry’s team or community to establish or advance another ministry while actively involved with Grace Bible Ministry

  • All resources are to be used solely for the advancement of the mission and vision of Grace Bible Ministry

Ministry Integrity & Non-Division

To protect the health and stability of the ministry:

  • Participants may not recruit, redirect, or solicit members, volunteers, or leaders from Grace Bible Ministry for the purpose of forming or promoting separate ministries while actively involved

  • Actions that create confusion, division, or parallel ministry structures are not permitted

  • Individuals who feel called to pursue independent ministry are encouraged to do so with transparency, honor, and proper transition

Honor in Transition

We recognize that God may lead individuals into new assignments. When transitions occur:

  • They should be communicated with openness and respect

  • They should be carried out in a manner that preserves peace, relationships, and integrity

Standard of Conduct

All participants are expected to avoid:

  • Behavior that causes division, disruption, or instability

  • Misrepresentation of the ministry or its leadership

  • Unauthorized use of ministry relationships, platforms, or resources

Grace Bible Ministry reserves the right to limit or remove participation or leadership roles when necessary to protect the integrity of the ministry.

While we uphold order and accountability, we remain committed to:

  • Grace and compassion

  • Restoration where appropriate

  • Walking in truth and love
