Refund:

We do not generally process refunds for sponsorship payments. Nevertheless, requests for donation refunds from sponsors will be assessed on a case by case basis and refunds will only be processed if the Grace Bible Ministry financial committee determines that:

• The donation was made in error

• A processing error was made by the organization

• Sponsor had not agreed to sponsor a child, originally

Requests for refunds based in cancellation of sponsorship are not often permitted. By visiting this website, you are accepting the practices described in this policy.

Cancelling Your Sponsorship:

Your support is very important to us. However, if you are unable to continue your sponsorship for any reason, we understand. We appreciate everything you’ve made possible in a child’s life. You can cancel or discontinue your sponsorship by contacting our helpful Care Team. We ask that you please give us a three months notice out of courtesy so we can match your child with another great Sponsor. As we have made a commitment that we will be a part of our kids' lives until they graduate, your sponsored child will continue to receive benefits from the program, and we will work to find a new sponsor as soon as possible. Meanwhile there are many other ways to help children in poverty you can explore.

Please note: If you’re experiencing a situation that leaves you unable to make contributions for a short-term period, please let us know. We work with sponsors every day to find solutions that allow them to continue helping a child.
